Terms of Service

Billing, free trials and cancelling

This section covers what you buy on localgrowthmachine.net. Prices are on our price list at localgrowthmachine.net.

Website

The website is $97 a month. Your first month is charged when you order. 30 days later your card is charged the same amount, then every month on that date, until you cancel. There is no contract and no setup fee.

Add-ons and the free 30 days

Every monthly add-on you pick when you order is free for 30 days. After the 30 days it is charged every month at its listed price until you cancel it. We text you a reminder 3 days before an add-on is first charged.

Review Booster and Missed-Call Text Back send texts, and phone carriers must approve your business texting number before they can start. That usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. Their free 30 days start on the day your number is approved, not the day you order, and we text you that date. If your number is never approved, they are never charged.

The AI receptionist includes 500 minutes a month. Minutes over that are $0.35 a minute. Google Ads management is a flat monthly fee; your ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google.

One-time items

One-time items, like citations, Google profile setup, reactivation and extra tap cards, are charged once when you buy them and are never added to your monthly bill.

Cancelling

Cancel anything at any time by text or email to 310.361.1636 or hello@localgrowthteam.com. If you cancel an add-on before its free 30 days end, it is never charged. If you cancel a paid item, it stops renewing and is not charged again.
